
SAMPLE RECIPE
Burrata Tartines
Use a vegetable peeler to shave ½ of a cucumber into wide thin ribbons.
Place in a colander with 1 tsp salt.
Let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, drain and press in the colander with your hands to remove any excess water.
Blot dry with paper towels. Tear 1 burrata ball and sprinkle over 2 slices of toasted multigrain bread. Season to taste.
Add the cucumber ribbons.
Sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorn.
