SAMPLE RECIPE

Coconut & Dark Chocolate Granola


2 cups (180 gr) rolled oats
¼ cup (40 gr) raw buckwheat groats
¼ cup (35 gr) flaxseed
¼ cup (40 gr) chia seeds
½ cup (45 gr) toasted coconut chips
½ cup (120 ml) maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup (175 gr) dark chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 375F / 190C.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Combine oats, buckwheat, flaxseeds, chia seeds and coconut chips in a large bowl.

Add the maple syrup and coconut oil, stir well.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.

Remove from the oven and stir in the chocolate chips.

Let the granola cool completely before storing in a glass container.
