Taste and Aroma: Almost identical to white sesame seeds; Black Sesame Seeds are nutty, mild and pleasant. Some with a particular delicate taste palette insist Black Sesame Seeds have a slightly smokier flavor.
Uses: Asian Cuisine, stir fry, vegetables, fish, salad, noodles, sauces, bread, baking, cake and cookies.
